Mrs. Lauren Wolder—General Studies

I live in Orange County, with my husband Rael and two children, Bianca and Max. Although I now call Southern California home, I was born in South Africa where I studied and obtained my Degree in Education, and taught at a public school. I then moved to Sydney, Australia, where I taught at the Yeshiva College for 8 years. My family slowly began to immigrate to the United States, so I eventually said goodbye to the land down under and moved to Los Angeles. I spent a further 7 years at Hillel Hebrew academy in Beverly Hills, teaching both 3rd and 4th grades. In total I have enjoyed 17 wonderful years of classroom education and look forward to many more.

I look forward to sharing the Torah’s timeless message with the children as we embark on our 2nd grade journey of learning and growing.

Morah Miriam Rapoport and Aidie Naparstek—Judaic Studies

Responsibility is a strong focus in the second grade classroom. Children are taught and encouraged to develop a sense of responsibility for their classroom and their work. I am very excited to be in second grade learning and growing with your child. My primary objective as a teacher is to create a happy environment where the students are confident and comfortable to learn and grow as they develop a strong Jewish pride. Jewish values
