We know we have a student centered comprehensive and highly successful program but it’s always nice to be acknowledged by the educational establishment.” Children at the Hebrew Academy Preschool receive a high quality, well-rounded education. The Preschool is rated #1 in our area and has also received a 5 star rating on the Quality StartOC QRIS rating program that is part of Department of Education preschool quality rating system. The Hebrew Academy Preschool teachers improve through continuing education and attending education conferences.

The students at the Hebrew Academy Preschool learn through hands-on exploration. Each activity throughout the day is designed with intention toward a specific learning skill. Teachers recognize that children’s different backgrounds and experiences mean that they do  not learn the same things at the same time in the same way.  T he Abecedarian Project, showed that children in quality preschool programs are less likely to repeat grades, need special education, or get into future trouble with the law. At the Hebrew Academy Preschool the teachers  are respectful, loving and nurturing to the children. This helps create an environment where the children can create healthy self image and long lasting friendships with each other.

Parents are very pleased that this award proves what they have always known.

Parents on yelp say:

My first child did not go to Hebrew Academy Preschool.  I sent my second child there after a friend of mine recommended I send there. I am so happy with the Hebrew Academy.  My daughter comes home everyday so excited to tell me all about what she does in school.  She speaks so highly about her teachers.  Whenever I am the preschool I get such a warm feeling.  Everybody is so nice and I couldn't ask for a better environment for my child! - B

This is my daughter's second year at the Hebrew Academy preschool.  I can not say enough about how happy I am with the staff and the facility. My daughter loves school and is learning so much every day!  It is such a safe and loving environment. As a Reform Jew, I feel very comfortable at the preschool.  My daughter and I both have made wonderful friends! - N
